Terms Of Service:

My commission prices are in £/GBP/UK pound sterling.Payment will always be taken before the commission has started, and done through paypal or ko-fi.Please do not send an imgur link as your ref! if you need a file hoster for your references consider sites like google drive, dropbox, toyhou.se or filegarden. I prefer refs to be SFW, but it is not mandatory.When I start your commission, I will provide a sketch, and that will be the chance to let me know if I've interpreted any parts of your oc incorrectly or if you're unhappy with the concept. Major changes will only be allowed during this process, anything else will incur an additional fee.If the commission has been started and we have agreed on the WIP sketch before I move to lineart, I will not be offering refunds.Turn around time will usually be within a week to 2-3 months at most, but may take up to 5 months, depending on how my schedule goes, as well as real life events and workload. I am disabled and struggle with issues which may cause some minor pauses on my workflow.
If there are any delays though, I will notify you via DMs. Don't be afraid to reach out and ask me as well if you'd like an update!While I am okay with NSFW accounts commissioning me, My account content is SFW. Therefore, It is preferable that you provide me a SFW account to link the art to if I post it.

- Print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The commissioner may NOT:- Use the commission to mint/sell the commission for NFT/blockchain.
- Use for A.I training or (if an unfinished piece such as flatcolour) using A.I to "finish" an existing piece from me.
- Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially.
- Take Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Remove any watermarks/signatures.
- Alter the artwork without my consent. (minor tweaks to a comm you get are fine if a marking changes later down the line and you'd like to keep it up to date. but nothing to the point of it being unrecognizable)By commissioning me you agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
